Here are my stats for today (from fit day).  I just started using that tool

today but I usually eat about the same way everyday on average.  Since May

2010.  I am losing weight like crazy.  My waist is down to 29 "   and I am 6ft

167lbs.  40 yo, getting more energy....Getting worried about losing to much

weight.  How can I gain muscles/weight back?  Do my numbers look good?Bent
