I'm posting this message and my reply again so you do not miss it.

Cheers, Bee

> > Hi Group - Prior to writing this question, I did do a search on this forum,

but unfortunately came up with NO prior topics on LG, and I also checked Bee's

site, but came up with contradictory articles. The first one states that the

Leaky Gut Syndrome is False, but another article states that there is scientific

proof carbohydrates cause disease, and therefore damage to the intestinal tract

leads to leaky gut syndrome among other things.... ??

> >

> > Sooo, I am trying hard to find out if Bee does or does not believe there is

such a thing as Leaky Gut and if it is a concern or not ? I ask this because

last night I was reading a different forum on Leaky Gut, and the author there

stated she felt the only way to effectively deal with Candida long term is to

reverse food intolerances and use Probiotics.

> > That undigested food particles (from food intolerances/metabolic errors)

cause the body to cultivate candida to prevent these food particles from

entering the blood stream. If they do enter the blood stream, they can't be

utilized for food so they are considered a toxin.

+++Hi . Most undigested food particles that end up in the large intestine

are mainly the cell walls of plant foods/carbs, called cellulose that humans are

not able to digest like herbivores can, i.e. cows. That's why it is important

to prepare carbs properly so they are more digestible, i.e. cooking them well

enough or fermenting them to break down cells walls. Some carbs like grains,

nuts, seeds and legumes (beans or peas from pods) require proper soaking first

to remove phytates that bind up minerals in the intestines and enzymes that

interfere with protein digestion. Also some sugars and starches are

undigestible, along with many toxins.

>Protein will putrify, fats will go rancid, and carbs will ferment (primary

cause for non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver).

+++Protein from meats and eggs and the " good " fats I recommend are the very

easiest foods for humans to digest compared to any kinds of carbohydrates.

However, if there isn't enough stomach acid, it can impair digestion of meats

and eggs, so they end up in the large intestines (colon) too. Most of the good

fats I recommend don't require stomach acid, digestive enzymes or bile in order

for them to be absorbed from the small intestines through the lymphatic system

directly into the bloodsteam.

+++When undigested food particles, along with toxins, enter the colon they

trigger the body to create different kinds of bacteria, since each kind of

bacteria consumes, or feeds off of, different kinds of foods or toxins.

+++For example, probiotics like bifidobacterium or lactobacillus and other

similar bacteria are created by the large colon in order to break down

undigested cellulose, sugars, starches, etc. In the mouth lactobacillus

acidophilus (probiotics) and other kinds of bacteria are created due to sugars

and starches, which produce lactic acid that causes tooth decay and gum

diseases, etc. Bifidobacterium species used to be called " Lactobacillus

bifidus. "

+++When those bacteria are created they change the colon into a fermentation

chamber, which in turn creates gases like carbon dioxide, some kinds of alcohol,

and small chain fatty acids (good fats) which nourish the cells of the large

intestine, stimulate healing, and are also absorbed from the intestines and

travel to the liver. The liver processes them before they are released into the

bloodstream. All fats end up in the bloodstream as " free fatty acids, " which

like other fats are simply cholesterol. Those free fatty acids do not make the

blood more acidic.

+++If the kinds of bacteria created are not able to break down some foods and

toxins that end up in the large colon, those same bacteria are capable of

changing into fungus such as Candida, Saccharomyces, Aspergillus, and

Penicillium in order to break them down. Candida is particularly effective at

breaking down sugars, and toxins such as mercury, other heavy metals,

antibiotics, drugs, etc., which it consumes and changes into less harmful

substances, i.e. carbon dioxide, alcohol and short chain fatty acids.

> This makes the blood very acidic, and acidic blood cannot pick up oxygen when

it travels through the lungs (results in fatigue/low energy, foggy brain due to

not enough oxygen getting to the brain) and the brain cannot allow this to

happen. So it cultivates MORE candida...the body prefers to have a little of the

bad stuff so long as it is only centered in the bowels.

+++So in the process explained above how can the blood become more acidic? The

blood's pH balance is very highly regulated, but not by any kind of foods or

toxins in the digestive system, and it must be maintained at 7.35-7.45 which is

basically neutral.

>Unfortunately, if you get ill (or go on a C. diet to starve them) lack of food

puts them into survival mode and they morph into a fungus. This allows them to

travel outside the bowel and attach to a weak organ. Now your have a systemic

problem. Toenail fungus can be a sign of a systemic problem.

+++If you starve them of their food, you are basically not consuming foods and

toxins they feed off of, which we know are unhealthy, i.e. sugars, starches,

cell walls of carbs that are not broken down, toxins, drugs, heavy metals,

antibiotics, etc. Lacking the food bacteria are created in order to break down

doesn't cause probiotic bacteria to morph into fungus, in fact the opposite is

true, too much food that they feed off of makes bacteria change into fungus,

which is called pleomorphism.

+++This also happens in any area of the body where bacteria and fungus are

needed in order to clean up toxins, etc. so they do not travel to other areas of

the body through the bloodstream. In fact all cells in the body are capable of

creating bacteria, fungus, etc. when needed in order to clean itself up of

toxins and when oxygen is lacking in the body, so the cells themselves change

from respiratory (using oxygen) into fermentation (no oxygen), which includes

red blood cells.

> > LEAKY GUT occurs when the pores of the small intestine become too large, and

larger food particles, partially digested, enter both the blood stream and the

interstitial fluid that bathes our organs and inward parts.

+++The body is much smarter than that, since it creates bacteria (probiotics)

and fungus in order to digest or breakdown undigestible foods and toxins, and if

some undigestible food or toxins particles are left over they go out of the body

through the feces.

+++For the sake of argument, let's say undigested food particles do end up in

the blood, then why wouldn't laboratories just look at a blood sample and

identify the food particle floating in the bloodstream, which would be simple

enough, right? They can't do because there are no food particles floating in

the blood, so instead the medical field created the " false antibody theory " in

order to make money from false laboratory tests, " supposed " allergy treatments,

vaccines, etc.

> >

> > Candida grows tentacles (like roots) into the walls of the small intestine

to help anchor it in place so that the movement of chyme/fecal matter does not

pull it away.

+++When bacteria or fungus are created they actually produce mucus (called

biofilms) in which bacteria and fungus live and grow. Mucus formation

throughout the body is created in order to get rid of toxins and to protect the

cells themselves, i.e. the cells that make up the lining of the intestines.

Since candida creates the mucus, how can it grow outside of it?

+++Also the small and large intestines, and the stomach produce baking soda in

order to protect their lining (cells). The entire intestines must have an

alkaline environment so digestive enzymes are active and able to break down

foods.

+++That's why bacteria, candida/fungus and even cancer cannot be cured by

" killing them off " or " trying to get rid of them. " First, their food supply

must be eliminated, which is sugars, starches, high-carbs, toxins, etc. and

second, all cells need to be reconstructed so they are strong and healthy and

can change over to respiration, rather than fermentation.
