Guest guest
Hi Bee: I, too, drink a lot of bone broth, 3 x day. Do I need to lower my calcium/magnesium supplements then? I was assuming I could do both. Thanks.

After you take the meat off the bones, add the acidic medium and let it sit for 1 hour. Then put it back on the heat and continue cooking it.
