Hi Bee:

I, too, drink a lot of bone broth, 3 x day.

Do I need to lower my calcium/magnesium supplements then?

I was assuming I could do both.

This question belongs on my Candida Recipes Group.

After you take the meat off the bones, add the acidic medium and let it sit for

1 hour. Then put it back on the heat and continue cooking it.
