Guest guest
Any toothpaste which is meant to be " whitening " is not good for your teeth or gums. I'll address you as Kat, until otherwise. andra, already addressed the whitening ingredient and I will supplement and elaborate further, if I may. Kat, as you state yourself, that toothpaste, as most commercial toothpaste, is toxic. Moreover, with newfangled toothpastes periodically being introduced to the market and the cocktail of chemicals they use; different individual experiences are near infinite. Furthermore, it is also fair to mention, one should not brush too harshly with any type of Peroxide or one could cause irritation. I've experienced a little of this myself. However, Kat, perhaps foregoing the commercial toothpaste is best and maintaining your teeth with natural products and approaches. This will definitely be safer, healthier and probably cheaper. Here are some ideas to assist you in that direction, below. Guest guest
Hi, I tried a lot of natural whitening toothpastes but since I switched to pure baking soda my teeth have never been so white and clean. To avoid irritation what I do is let the baking soda dissolve completely in my mouth before brushing, I also use toothbrushes with natural bristles.
