Hi Bee,

I was diagnosed with diverticulosis 1 year and a half ago. I believe that

following your program will cure it, but can you confirm? Many many thanks.

+++Hi Adam,

Since you have diverticulosis you should not have any nuts or seeds, even if

they are soaked properly and/or ground up into butters. They are still very hard

to digest.
