The " eliminating " might not be too hard; it's the " adding " that is troublesome, esp the fats. I understand they need to go slowly, but if they're not ALL eating the same thing (to which, say, I've added enough fat so each would have a Tbsp, theoretically speaking), then the next time I make something and add fat to it, I can't add more fat, cuz they're all not on board with the last 'increase'. Does that make any sense? I've been watching my 17-yo nephew, who is very obese, and realize fruit is his #1 food, while grains are #2. Meat and fat are low on his list, unless I'm making what he likes (hamburgers). I'm not sure I want to take them 'all the way' with the candida program; just getting them switched to Bee's " healthy eating " , allowing SOME fruits. I'd have to be the police to make sure they don't take more than the two servings of fruit a day (four of them are big fruit eaters and I always have a 'good' supply around!). Like I said, I can make stuff go away and not appear again (fruits, grains) but I just can't grasp how to increase their fat intake w/o making someone sick. The math simply fries my brains. Yet I so want to make this change for all of them!!

Does that make any sense? <snip> +++Hi , The simpliest way to resolve your problem is to have everyone on the same foods, eating meals together, along with taking supplements.
