bioidentical hormorn treat low thyroid?

+++Hi Star,

Bloating and gas are common when you have candida or excessive bacteria in your

intestines. So first it is very important to follow the diet carefully and take

all of the supplements.

If you are not on thyroid meds now, starting on hormones now is a very bad idea

even if they are bioidentical.

That is because your thyroid will recover as you progress on this program and

taking hormones or meds doesn't treat the cause of low thyroid. Low thyroid is

mainly caused by overstress and overactive adrenals. When the adrenals are

overstress they are unable to handle normal thyroid hormone output, so the

thyroid helps protect the adrenals by down-regulating its production.

If you are taking meds or hormones when your thyroid recovers it will throw your

thyroid into a tizzy going from low to high very quickly. That's why I lost my

thyroid when I was curing my candida over 23 years ago. It is much more

dangerous to get Grave's disease like I got, since I didn't know my thyroid

would recover, than not taking anything to treat your thyroid and just letting

your body heal itself naturally.

You can drink 2-3 cups of raw ginger tea per day to help with gas:
