Antifungals for fungal sinus infection

I understand that you've eliminated the antifungals from the diet because

candida can't be killed off. But, I'm pretty sure I have fungal sinus

infection/issues... do you think it would be wise to take more antifungals to

beat this problem? Or should my boosted immune system ward it off? If so, what

antifungals (or anything else) would you recommend taking?

I have just started on the diet - is it okay to go forward with it even though I

am now dealing with a sinus infection?

Thanks,

Orgill

+++Hi ,

It is understandable you got sinus problems after starting on my program since

your body creates more mucus in order to get rid of toxins. You may or may not

have fungus/candida or a virus or bacteria in your sinuses at the same time.

That's also why people get colds and the flu, which the body uses in order to

clear out toxins.

An infection and resultant inflammation aren't what doctors try to make us

believe they are. Infections and inflammation are simply the body's way to heal

and detoxify itself.

It's like the manure pile and the flies, with the manure pile representing the

poor condition of the body. You cannot get rid of the manure pile by killing

off the flies (candida, bacteria, viruses, etc.). You must clean up the manure

pile instead, which means building up your immune system.

You can do some treatments to help alleviate sinus symptoms, but you don't want

to suppress any natural reaction by your body to heal itself either.

Here's an article with some treatments you can do:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/colds.php

You cannot improve your sinus issues with antifungals either. The reason is

because fungus/candida and all other bugs are created by the body itself in

order to clean it up of toxins. You cannot get rid of them by killing them off,

since the body itself creates them.

When your body doesn't need such bugs to heal and detoxify itself it won't

create them.

The best in health, Bee
