Guest guest
Jet, You know what, I noticed the same thing! I was thinking maybe it was all the water that I've been drinking, but then, I ran out of distilled and I can't tolerate any other form, it makes me nauseated, anyway, I was unable to get to the health food store for few days to purchase more. Due to this, I cut my water content way back, and my feet are still very smooth. What do you think? Maybe a little of both the water and LL? If you get the opportunity, you should try the Cellulite and Fat reduction cream, that really did a great job on the dry skin. It's really strange, because I have purchased so many moisturizers, and my skin was simply unable to absorb them. But this cream is very, very different. My skin actually stays moist, for the entire day. I didn't think this was possible with a cream, but I was really wrong. Sincerely, Tami " When you wish upon a star, makes no difference, who you are, everything your heart desires, belongs to you! "

Guest guest
Hi Tami, and J, and everyone, Hi, I have been here working on this little newsletter with the information about reducing the mid section for all of you, and I needed a break. So Hi. I miss talking to all of you too much, but I have to be good and stay with these projects or I will never get them finished. Tami, and J, I am glad you have soft little toes and feet. I do think Life Lift helps because when I get a pedicure or foot massage (I am drooling thinking about it), anyway, they always tell me I have the softest feet they have ever seen, or felt. I do use the creams on my feet too, but I know that my whole body seems to be like that, and that was not always the case. Who knows for sure, let's just be thankful and count our soft little feet a big blessing. Guest guest
Just to add my .02 on this topic. You guys are expensive to me. I had to go out and get those neoprene workout shorts. You know the ones that are made out of wetsuit material! I got a pair of shorts and a waist one two. Yesterday, I took my shower and after the shower, I put the cellulite cream on. That was first thing in the morning. Last night when I was taking a bath, I was so surprised that it was still on my thighs! I know it was still there because as soon as my skin hot wet in the hot water I could smell it again. I then of course investigated it to see if it was really still there. I could actually scrape it off with my fingernail. That is amazing! This stuff is totally amazing, it stays on and keeps my skin soft and smooth. Just wanted to share this. Guest guest
Tami and Jet, I noticed the same thing about my feet also. I either go barefooted or wear sandals all the time and no matter what I did my heels were always rough and have even cracked and bled at times (ouch)! They are getting softer and softer and the callousness is going away. I would highly recommend to anyone who is not using the skin products to order them. It is absolutely amazing what they will do for your skin. Re: Skin > From: Emailtamihere@... > > Jet, > You know what, I noticed the same thing! Guest guest
This makes me think of a question I've been meaning to ask. After using the cellulite cream during the day (and I still feel it at bedtime), should I rinse off before putting the Night Magic on, or put the Night Magic on over top of the cellulite cream? Guest guest
Hi , My understanding is, and I could be wrong, that our skin absorbs 60% of what is applied to it. But at what rate it absorbs I have no idea and I guess that would also be dependant on what exactly is applied... my bath water never reduces by 60% in the time I am in it :-) Is the grapefruit article a bummer b/c it is inaccurate... or b/c companies choose profits/markets before their customers health... Guest guest
in Ark Thanks for the laugh I needed it. I can relate to the missing breast meat. All my bras are getting too big and I can not find any place to get some new ones. The shop where I normally buy my clothes don't carry the size I need now. For the rest of the skin, have you given any thought of getting something in spandex, an undergarment? I have some spandex underwear and they hold me in some. Guest guest
Hiya! My understanding is that the loose skin is because it's been so badly stretched over the years that it has a hard time bouncing back. Especially the adbominal area. I had a tummy tuck and plan to have a breast list down the road but I'm not concerned about the rest of it. My inner thighs are pretty saggy and I have some batwings (hanging skin on the arms) but it's not so bad that I want to have surgery for them. Tracey > HI ALL- ANOTHER QUESTION FROM THE PREOP NEWBIE. Guest guest
This was my main concern with the surgery and from info I gathered it really depends on the person. Apparently some people can lose alot of weight and not have loose skin but others will. In the end I decided if I end up with loose skin I can cover that but I could not cover up how heavy I am. > > With having the band is anyone having issues with lose skin That is > one of my fears. Guest guest
Sure, there is always a problem with loose skin if you have been overweight for a while. The best thing that you can do for that (outside of surgical intervention) is exercise, exercise, and then exercise some more. Nothing is perfect and all but I would rather have some lose skin instead of tight, taut skin full of fat anyday! It is a trade off! Guest guest
Hi , Yes! Why don't you go ahead and post the site..there may be a few brave soles that are willing to go to Costa Rico..who knows right? A friend & her husband bought a 300 acre Banana farm there and caught Blue Marlin's just of the coast. During her stay, they had a lady walk up to them in a restaurant and just "Took" a piece of chicken off her plate, grabbed her beer and walked off like nothing happened!! She was not the waitress either!! LOL....They said it was a very poor country....that's about all I know of Costa Rico. Some may say the same about Mexico...but we know it's not like that in Mexicali atleast. I know that little story had nothing to do with PS but thought it was amusing....Dana -------------- Original message -------------- From: "magnoliamouth" <karenostrom@...> I'm already planning on going to Costa Rico for some PS, get my lowerface and eyelids done and my bat wings.I have the web site if anyone wants it, also they have a grouptoo and the girls are great there will tell you anything you want toknow and lots of before and after pictures. Guest guest
I thought the story was related to plastic surgery, the morale of the story is dont' drink beer and eat chicken or someone will come up and swipe it. Ok, this is the one I've selected. Also this is how it basicaly works http://www.surgery.org/public/epp.php/rrosenstock you will probably have to grab copy and paste it in. From his site you can look at recovery retreat centers YOu stay one night in the medical facility, then you are transferred to the " recovery retreat of you desire " now you have to have made arrangements previously, I was looking at Las Cumbres, because it looked pretty good, was close to the clinic, and said it had 24 hour medical staff. Well the lady there is not all that good. First medical staff is not there 24 hours a day, and the last two folks that had surgery the CR, used her and she had construction going on that made the rooms dirty. They told her they wanted to come some where else as they weren't getting any rest because of the noise etc.. And she basically said tough, you go I'm keeping your 1000 deposit. I really did not like that. To me that was so very wrong to her customers, she is supposed to be running a Recovery/Retreat center but how can you rest and recover before your trip home if there is banging and construction going on all the time. So I " m looking at the other places and there is also new one coming in Feb. Now they run form 85 to 100 per night, most include transfers back and forth to the airport, but not the medical clinic (some do some don't) but they will help you get a taxi. They are rally just like a hotel. Also this is the group for the rosenstock surgery and to folks who have had surgery with him. This group is very freindly and one lady has her on Web site, she has gone from very, very large to very very beautiful, I think she either had the lap band or by pass She tells her whole story on her web site http://netgoddess.spaces.live.com/ Rosenstock_Lieberman_Clinic_Costa_Rica_Plas\ tic_Surgery/ ok so there you go,
