Guest guest
> > Hi there! > I just got my supplements and will start taking them tomorrow. I was reviewing the dosages and have a question about calcium & magnesium. The supplement chart recommends a total of 600 mg of each per day. I am making my own calcium with egg shells. The egg shell recipe suggests taking 400 mg of each per day. Is this just a convenience for measuring out the egg shells? Which dosage should I aim for? > -Just wanted to double check before I proceed. > Thank you soooooooo much for the time you have already taken answering my questions. It is so comforting to know you are out there to ask. Thank you also for all the articles (I spent some time yesterday reading about hydrogen peroxide/dioxide - fascinating). > > p.s. the dry skin brushing is wonderful, I feel like I can breath better on the days I do it (have forgotten a couple of days) > +++Hi e, You should aim for 300 mg twice a day, not 400 mg. Sorry about the discrepancy. You can measure out a little less than 1 teaspoon of eggshell to soak in lemon juice per day, so it will contain 2 doses. That's wonderful you are feeling better with dry skin brushing! All the best, Bee
