Hi Bee,

I wanted to thank you for the past two answers you sent me. When I read

that you answer 700 a day or maybe that was a week, I was very impressed and

touched by your dedication to help us. I started your diet May 27th and have

cheated as time goes on with fried food and red wine with no sulfites and some

fruit, and have really been ok, but I have been steadfast on no sweets or

soda's. I am really quite tired of water, but I play a lot of tennis and your

natural electrolyte drink is the bomb!!!!

If it's not too much trouble I wanted to tell you what vitamins I am taking

and how much, my doctor said too much can be dangerous and I had a nasty

outbreak on my shoulder and didn't know if this was related, the horrible dry,

itching skin is what drove me to this diet, it's been chronic for over 10 years

and nothing has helped, I am starting to see a little relief but feel like it

will be such a slow process---ok here is what I take daily since March:

Grapefruit seed extract 250 mg twice a day

Zinc 50 mg 3 times a day

Dry A 25,000 iu once a day

B-Complex 100 once a day-has b-1,b-2,b-3,b-6,b-12,biotin,folate,pantothenic

acid,choline bitartrate,inositol,paba

Multi One-has

A,C,D3,E,B-1,B-2,B-3,B-6,B-12,Biotin,Iron,Iodine,Magnesium,Zinc,Copper,maganese,\

chromium,molybdenum,potassium and a few others

Dry E 400 iu twice a day

Acidophilus 3 times a day

Thanks so much Bee for any input, I realized after typing this out, I may

have too much of the B's (no pun intended)! Many thanks, courtney
