Xantham gum is definitely a no-no, and I think essential oils aren't good to use

on your teeth either.

Keep it simple, since your teeth are very important, and use plain baking soda

instead. Baking soda is produced by your own body, even in the mouth, and it

dissolves mucus, called biofilm or plaque, on the teeth.
