Kim - why would you want to cut back on coconut oil?

My understanding is you want to ultimately consume 5.5 Tbsp coconut

oil/day...

Thank you Bee, that makes sense. Now I don't have to feel so worried when I HAVE

to eat the non organic meat. I know its not as good, but the thought of hormones

and such going into me makes it a lot more scary.
