Guest guest
Hi, Along with the chronic myelomonocytic leukemia I have comes an enlarged spleen. I'm concerned about taking enemas because of it. Are they a necessary part of the program? Also, I'm very confused about adapting this program to my situation and how to increase the amount of fat I take in and compute foods for each day. I haven't seen an example of a daily regimen at various stages of this program and it would be very helpful. I'm confused about how to do this program right? Also, frustrating are the receipes which look like they're written for a large family. I'm one person alone and need to feed myself without having a lot of leftovers. Thanks for any help in getting this program started and knowing where I'm moving towards.
