Guest guest
How does one know if they can or can't tolerate apple cider vinegar. To cut down on time I would like to get the Eden mustard that has organic whole mustard seed, organic apple cider vinegar and sea salt as a condiment for my kids; however I'm unsure as what to look for if kids aren't tolerating the acv. Thanks Colleen

We have a new supplier for our food co-op (Azure STandard) and I can now get coconut vinegar. What say you more experienced folks. > > I seem to be able to tolerate it and it tastes amazing. However, some candida sufferers do okay having it, while others cannot tolerate any kind of vinegar, due to healing reactions. Kathy, here below, is a recipe for Beef stock/broth from a collection of Bee's recipes. Yet no ACV is needed or added. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe192.php Coconut vinegar apparently it is fermented coconut tree sap. Tree sap contains resin and that is not allowed on the diet. Apples are also not allowed on the diet, since the fructose/fruit sugar will feed the Candida. Kathy, here below are the list of allowed foods and list of supplements you will need. Supplements
