When I went back on I slammed my body into 5 tablespoons and felt like crap and could hardly function. So now im backing down to 3 and using other fats more. I actually felt much better today, walked 7 miles. I just hope the bloating stops for good! My period has been absent for 4 months so I dedicated to no hormone meat to see if this will help.
