Hi ,

Both olive oil and coconut oil are good for your skin and can be used as a

moisturizer and be brought to your massage therapist.

If you don't care which oil (olive or coconut) you use, you might consider

asking your massage therapist which she would prefer to use.

Remember that as you heal, your dry skin will also heal. Soft, healthy skin

comes from within.

Hope that helps,

for rashes, etc. Is good olive oil useful for dry skin?

I must agree with this, !

I began this way of eating over 3 months ago (because of cea) and I am

amazed at how soft my face is now.

I'm also noting that I'm not having to put lotion on my skin as often as I

used to do (I also no longer use 'lotion', but coconut oil)..

But I've also cut back bathing from daily to perhaps three times/wk. I also

stopped wearing make-up.

So many changes, but my skin is definitely softer!
