If you're nervous about using it you could always look on ebay for Visions

cookware. I bought a 4.5 liter stock pot like this one

http://cgi.ebay.com/Visions-Dutch-oven-stock-pot-amber-4-5-liter-lid-/2506576189\

13?cmd=ViewItem & pt=Cookware & hash=item3a5c5bbbe1, and a roaster like this one

http://cgi.ebay.com/Corning-Vision-Glass-4Qt-Cranberry-Oval-Roaster-w-lid-/16045\

1303811?cmd=ViewItem & pt=Cookware & hash=item255ba49983.

I like Visions because I can scrub the heck out of them, and not have to worry

about anything leaching into my food. For a skillet I've been using Cuisinart's

Green Gourmet(bought mine at Bed Bath & Beyond). Debra Lynn

Dodd(http://www.debralynndadd.com/) uses these pans, and she's all about using

non-toxic things. HTH.
