I really want to stay on it but my downfall was always letting myself get really hunger and then I just want to eat anything I can get my hands on. I have learned that I need to plan ahead so that doesn't happen. I wanted to share a tip with those who are struggling to stick to the diet. I have started putting an 'X' on the calender everyday I eat like I should. There have been times I have been tempted to eat something I shouldn't but I don't because I tell myself I want to be able to put an 'X' on the calender today and not break my streak.
