Guest guest
Hi Bee and folks, I was informed by a fairly reliable source and got confirmation from a website that ascorbic acid is usually grown on corn. Is that true? I'm confused and wondering if this is so, then why do you recommend we take it in that form. And, for me to get injections, if this is true, might worsen my health. Which also brings up the question as to why the recommendation for me to get Vitamin C injections at all? I sense I'm missing something here and would like to understand why ascorbic acid grown on corn isn't a problem for us following this diet? Thanks in advance for clarifying this issue for me.
