Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I've been putting off asking about this, because I think I know what you're going to say :-) But I just read in testimonials that included tailbone pain as one of the symptoms she had. I was just wondering if it got worse on the program and how long it took to go away. Mine has gotten progressively worse and it's quite uncomfortable now. Any idea as to the cause? Thanks, in VA
Guest guest
I had degenerative bursitis in my left shoulder. Along with Bee's diet, I added a cup or two of chicken bone broth daily. It took 8 months to be completely pain free and an additional 4 months to regain complete range of motion. I stopped drinking the soup at that point but if I ever have any pain, I cook up another pot of chicken bone broth and have a cup a day for a week or so. I'm trying to get into the rhythm of having the soup twice a week. Nan

Also your body will be " retracing " all past episodes you've experienced with your tail bone prior to starting on this program - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php Ensure you are taking all of the correct kinds of supplements in the recommended doses only, particularly these which are involved with bone pain and issues: - cod liver oil - calcium and magnesium citrate 300 mg of each two times a day Like Nan wrote, you would benefit a lot by having Mineral-Rich Bone Broths - the recipe is on my website. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi , I just checked in and found your post. I had had tailbone pain for nearly 4 years prior to starting on Bee's diet. It started when I was a pregnant, supposedly due to lax ligaments during pregnancy. It got so bad after my son was born that I could not sit and spent my time either standing or lying down. After about 5 months on Bee's diet, it went away and has never returned. During those 4 or 5 months, the pain did not get worse. Just one day I realized that I wasn't in pain anymore. I read somewhere that tailbone pain is caused by candida, which was surprising to me since I figured it was a structural problem that would never get better. I've been on Bee's diet for 2 years as of Wednesday this week and I'm very thankful that my tailbone pain has not returned. Guest guest
That is encouraging - I too have had this issue for about 4 years. Hopefully it will go in a couple of months!!! It was really bad at times - sitting was extremely uncomfortable. I thought I had a cyst or a tumour there at one point! I would have to keep shifting from one cheek to another.... It is a little better now, but it still hurts when I move after sitting for any length of time. Looking forward to its demise... Guest guest
Thanks -- It started for me right after my daughter was born, but it's gotten worse since I started the diet. Hopefully, that means that it will go away soon! My pain is kind of like Ali's -- yours sounds like it was much worse. Congratulations on beating it and your two years on the diet- that's great! Just hearing that someone else survived it makes me feel better :-) in VA ________________________________ From: mameedle <oxhahxo@...> Sent: Fri, June 18, 2010 5:43:39 PM Subject: [ ] Re: tailbone pain-- ? Guest guest
Hi and Ali, My tailbone pain was pretty bad. At times it felt like I was sitting on a bike without the seat, like I was sitting on a pole. I tried getting a cortisone injection (this was back before I knew about Bee's diet) but it made it much worse and it caused me to have pain when I was standing and walking as well. The doctors didn't recommend surgical removal (and I would have refused that anyway) and were going to refer me to a pain management clinic where they would have put me on pain medication for the rest of my life (no thanks). Thankfully, I moved away from there and found other ways of dealing with the pain - physiotherapy and internal massage. I also found that my bladder was involved and eventually came to the realization that candida was the main underlying problem. Since then, I've never looked back and in fact I almost forget about that part of my life. I have to think hard about it to remember just how sick I was, because it's doesn't factor into my life anymore. I hope you both get relief from this problem. It can be really horrible.
