Congratulations on your 1-year anniversary. Your weight loss is

terrific. I'm with 'ya with the bones, never knew I had a collar

Hi to all my fellow post opps!

Well one year ago today I have hitting the drug pump every seven minutes.

Well it was worth it!

I have lost 117 pounds and tip the scales at 181

I would like to get to 160 @ 6'2. I think skin surgery may take off a good

amount of weight.

I can eat just about anything in moderation and get hungry quite often.

Fried foods just do not taste the same, so I avoid it. I can eat quite a

bit.

I go to the bathroom a lot in the morning. I have to wake up early just to

get to the bathroom so I am not late for work.

I am re-introducing myself to people who have not seen me in over a year.

It is so strange not to be recognized.

I tried to go shopping in a department store and got overwhelmed about all

the choices and had to leave! My mom has given me a lot of her 14's and

12's so I have not had to buy a lot of new stuff. I want to save that for

when I am at my final weight destination and get my thigh and butt lift

I cannot believe what a difference a year makes!

Most likely any of the vitamin/herb or natural food

stores (possibly) will have it. Look in your phone

directory and see if you find any vitamin stores.

Many of them are privately owned some are not so see

if you any of those close to you.

What kinds of things do you feel o.k. to snack on? I

have this problem in the evening,of wanting to snack.

Well Gang.......... It has been one year for me as well............... My

litter mates have done excellent..... Romy and Manda.... as I have

too........ I am down 142..lbs...... I weighed in at 327 the morning of mar.

12, 2001.... at 7am.. I was the first one.... and today... I weigh in

at.....185lbs........ I feel the best I have in my entire life.... I turned

40 last August and I just bought a new convertible to celebrate my weight

loss and my birthday of the MGB 1 yr ago.......I really can't tell you just

what it has meant for me to have the MGB.... I have gotten my life back... I

had my boobies done in Jan. they look great and will be having a TT in a few

months.... Dr. R.... is my angel.... he saved my life.... if any of you have

a chance to get this surgery... get it... and have Dr. R.. do it.... it is

worth it.... get a loan.... a job just for the ins or mortgage your house....

trust me.... it is worth it.... anyone can email me anytime... I just love to

talk about the surgery.... I am able to eat most anything... I still have

chosen not to eat meat.... I eat only turkey and chicken.... lots of salad

and veggies.... I have been very very good.... I crave NOTHING........ I eat

what I want when I want.... I have started to exercise this past month.. and

since then I have not... I wanted to wait till I got most of my weight

off.... I want to lose another 40 lbs.. to be down to 150... I fit into

16.... I wear jeans all the time.... if I could sleep in them I would.... I

Hi Peggy! Congrats! I had my 1 year anniversary on 7/15. I've lost 121 lbs

and I'm a different person - it is wonderful. Last week we walked all over

Toronto. I never looked for a cab & just kept going. It feels great to be alive!

Hope you are doing well. I keep our " before " picture in my wallet for

reminders. Remember how excited we were at the hotel to listen to Bev &

before

our surgery. What a change in our lives since then!

One Year Anniversary
