Guest guest
I had been taking Synthroid (0.05 mg) for a number of years, maybe 4 years. About two months ago, I decided to change to Armour. The doctor mumbled grumpily about me changing, and said take 1 pill (30 mg tablet) till we get me tested in a few weeks, but the pharmacist said to take 1 1/2 pills, which I started doing. Since I've started on this eating plan, should I just drop back to the one pill (30 mg) until I go in for a test? Thank you so much for the ongoing support. If not, you should call or see your doctor to get his approval of the change. However, I don't think your doctor translated the correct amount of thyroid from Synthroid to Armour. If you take a dose your doctor didn't approve of he won't interpret your next test accurately. Bee
