Guest guest
Isn't it supposed to say " food grade " on it? 35% Hydrogen Peroxide Hi, Can someone help please? I acquired a data sheet on H2O2, but not being a chemist, I am not entirely sure if this is the " unstabilized " and " preservative " free grade that generally recommended. I would like to mention just some of their specifications on the data sheet and I was hoping you could tell me if this is the correct H2O2. The data is as follows: 1. Hydrogen peroxide solution 30% medical extra pure, stabilized Ph Eur, BP, USP 2. Organic stabilizers <= 0.05% 3. Non volatile matter <= 0.02% 4. Corresponds to Ph Eur, BP, USP Contains 0.015% Na2H2P2O7, 0,01% H3PO4, 0,006% NH4NO3 as preservatives 5. Chloride <= 0,005 % Phosphate <= 0,05 % Heavy Metals <= 0,0005 % Arsenic <= 0,002 % Copper <= 0,002 % Lead <= 0,001 % Zinc <= 0,002 % Are these values significant or are they of academic interest or do they constitute an unpure hydrogen peroxide. It seems, however, that this is the purest I will get. Your feedback will be highly valued. Regards, Johan

Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone has recall to the conversion charts for 35% hydrogen peroxide. I have 35% but need to make 3% from the mother batch and don't remember the equation. I know there is a link out there but cannot find it and need it right away. Any info would be much appreciated. Guest guest
Carol Ann, I'm Obie, a lurker. I've used 35% for years and I regularly reduce it to various strengths. It should be reduced by parts. To make 3%, use 3 parts of HP and 33 parts of water. The parts may be of any size, teaspoons, tablespoons, cups; whatever. Just divide by parts; 3 parts 35% and 32 parts water. Correspondingly, to make 8%, use 8 parts 35% and 27 parts water. Post back with additional questions and do let us all know how it goes, please. Guest guest
Is your formula merely subtracting the percent you want from 35? That is, to get 9%, are you subtracting 9 from 35 so the result would be 9 parts H2O2 and 26 parts distilled water? That's the way it looks. Do you know how to dilute peroxide that is 30% or 40% BY VOLUME to 3%? This is the designation given on peroxide used by beauty salons. To make 3%, use 3 parts of HP and 33 parts of water. Guest guest
85.7 CC of 35% hp and fill up to a liter with distilled water. That is exactly 3% I make it all the time from 35% because 3% here is extremely expensive. Guest guest
I bought the 35% HP and noticed it had colloidal silver and aloe vera in it. The person at the store said that's the only kind she gets and that she has lots of people who use it. Is this OK? Your directions say to mix it with " distilled water. " Is the tap, non-chlorine brita filtered OK? I'm really nervous about using it! God bless, Jodie

God bless you too. Bee
Guest guest
I'm a little confused. Under your Hydrogen Peroxide Treatments, it says, Bee recommends...diluting it down to 3%. Has this changed? Do you not recommend iot any more?
Guest guest
Dear Jodie, It is not necessary to buy 35% HP. If you take vitamin C, your body will produce hydrogen peroxide. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/detox.php The reason you have to use chlorine free water with your 35% HP is because the hydrogen peroxide will interact with the chlorine, boiling it out of the water and nullifying part of your hydrogen peroxide. With all the hype about colloidal silver, silver is actually a heavy metal. Clean water works as well at killing bacteria.
