Guest guest
Hi I'm trying to work out whether I have candida overgrowth or not. I do not exhibit any of the normal symptoms but keep getting vaginal yeast infections. I was wondering whether sweating during the night may cause yeast infections. My partner has very rare, but annoying, night incontinance which means we need to sleep with a waterproof sheet over the mattress. This means I sweat quite a bit in the night. Would this cause yeast infections? I don't have a sugar filled diet and I am reducing other foods that classically trigger overgrowth, along with taking a number of recomended suppliments and a bespoke homeopathic treatment. But, if it's just the sweating that's causing it then I will try and find a way around it.... Thanks The Mrs
