Hi, Bee. I have another question. I eat a lot of meat each day. 4-5 eggs,

turkey, pork chops, ground beef, etc. Besides, fats, it's all I eat. Do I really

need to take B and E supplements? Thanks again.

+++Hi Tom,

Once you are healthy again you won't have to take B and E supplements when you

consume an all meat and good fats diet.

Cheers, Bee

@@ Hi Tom,

My apologies, I did not reply sooner. Busy weekend.

Nevertheless, considering our lives are being effected by new developments

personally and generally it would be wiser to safeguard one's health by taking

all the recommended supplements you are presently taking, for the rest of your

life.

Regardless of an all meat and fat diet.

The benchmark for the amount of toxins and negative environments we are being

introduced to are constantly on the rise. Therefore, it only seems logical that

our benchmarks for retaining our health be higher than general as well i.e

supplements, exercise, relaxation techniques ..etc.

Remember, you are your only guarantee.

All The Best,

Ed
