Guest guest
Hi , I started Bee's program nearly 2 years ago, so I forget sometimes just how sick I used to be. I do remember spending that entire summer (June - August) on the couch, then having some relief after that. So I'm assuming the greatest moments of fatigue were at that point. As I said in the other post, I would require 2 naps a day, but then went down to one, then none. It was a process. I still get days when I'm tired, but they are not like before. I don't typically need a nap, and that's huge for me. Right now life is very stressful and I'm not sleeping as well as I had been prior, so the fatigue is creeping back in. You said you've had fatigue for some time, so I imagine it will be a while before it improves. Remember, too, that your fatigue right now can be from making your body switch from glucose-burning to fat-burning. It takes about 4 months for your body to switch over. You're definitely not alone with this fight. Hang in there!
