Hello

I thought lemon water and sea salt was alkalizing,   and would lower stomach

acid....?

How many things do I take for balancing stomach acid  -  I have a lot of

grumbling there probably candida, and/or h pylori.  Constant gas

If take even 1/2 HCL get a headache.....

I read that to get rid of h pylori/ulcer that to take pine nut oil,  its free

radicals that is creating the problem,  is this true?

Hi ,

Bee has given you a lot of information to help you with your digestion. From

your continued questions on the subject it makes me wonder if you've truly read

about and are implementing all the steps of this program?

The electrolyte drink is not necessarily taken to lower stomach acid. It's not

even an essential part of the program. However, it's a great addition to the

program as a good way to replenish and balance minerals (through the recommended

amount of sea salt).

Sauerkraut will lower or raise stomach acid. It is recommended to eat 1/4-1/2

cup of unheated good, unpasteurized sauerkraut with meals.

Do not take pine nut oil for your ulcer. You don't need to take anything other

than what is recommended in Bee's plan. Sticking with all of the elements of

this program to boost your immune system will eventually heal your ulcer.

Please read this article about digestion to find some helpful hints on how to

ensure good digestion:

+++Hi . Like Jackie advised you need to ensure you've carefully read about

my program.

+++Lemons are actually acidic until after the body processes them, when they

become alkaline. The digestive enzymes in your mouth get into the stomach and

they are alkaline but don't interfere with stomach acid unless your stomach

isn't producing enough acid, which starts by eating the right foods.

+++Ocean sea salt contains over 84 minerals, so in water it is actually exactly

like your tears.

+++That is a detoxifying reaction, which is good.

+++H pylori/ulcers are caused by low stomach acid - I had it and cured it by

taking HCl and sauerkraut along with good foods, plenty of good fats, etc. The

symptoms of low stomach acid are exactly the same as the symptoms of high

stomach acid, which is why so many people are confused.

If you don't have enough HCl in your stomach the valve that opens and closes at

the end of the esophagus won't close properly so stomach contents that are mixed

with acid gets up into it and causes heartburn (acid reflux) since the esophagus

isn't protected against acid like the stomach is.
