Guest guest Posted February 19, 2010 Report Share Posted February 19, 2010 Hi Bee, How do I correctly pinpoint my Vitamin C and Coco Oil intake daily? I know to pay attention to bowel tolerance for Vit C... but I take a lot and never reach bowel tolerance. Does this mean I need to continue to take a LOT daily (20 grams!)? And at diff times in the day? Coco Oil- I read about others not tolerating the 6 tbsp/day, however, I am addicted to it and am getting at least that much, and other than embarassing breakouts in ridiculous places (eyebrows, tip of nose), it does not seem to make me feel bad. Thoughts? Is this my body screaming out " , please give me more healthy fats! " ? (I take CO to help my chronic pancreatitis and BTW, thanks for your suggestion for HCI and pancreatitis, it's helping a lot.) I also just ordered the Organic Ghee you recommend (thru your link so you get credit xoxo) and LOVEEEE IT.
