Guest guest
Hello Bee....I'm struggling with burning in my chest and upper stomach area (right below ribs). I was taking HCL up until a few days ago. It seemed to make the burning worse. I do eat sauerkraut with each meal (1/2cup or more). After dropping the HCL I tried the baking soda and got some relief (from burning and nausea and fatigue). I'm just not sure I am doing the right thing. How do you really know if you have too much stomach acid? Sometimes it is hard to know if the burning is just in my chest or both chest and upper region of my abdomen. I've read the information on your site and when it says burning in the stomach, does upper abdomen count? I know anatomy wise that the stomach is lower. I just want to do the right thing. I also did not know if taking Baking Soda over days was ok? I've have only taken about 1/8t per day or less. I'm on day 3 of taking it and it still gives me relief. Is there another test I can take to ensure that I'm going the right direction? Thank you for all your help,
