Guest guest
Hi, I got myself a bit muddled with the cod liver oil and fish oil requirements. I wrote down 20,000-30,000 IU of Vit A per day. 800-1200 IU of Vit D per day. And 2,000-3,000-mg of Omega-3 per day. So the cod liver oil I bought, if taken 3x/day supplies- 13,845 IU of Vit A, 1,386 IU of Vit D, and 2,910 IU of Omega-3. So I also have Shark Liver oil, which supplies another 10,000 IU of Vit A. So that would be 23, 845 IU of Vit A with the shark and cod liver oil. But I also bought Ultra A & D-3 and it contains 10,000 IU of Vit A, 1,000 IU of Vit D, and 15,000 IU of Beta Carotene. So I guess this product was redundant. I already have my quote of Vit A, D, and BC. Is this correct? Sincerely,
