Guest guest
hi bee and all, im feeling really low at the moment, i ve stopped putting the co on my face for my yeast rashs, and its flared up like crazy, i get red rashs that burn and wen i pick them it bleeds, i ve gone sick off work cause i just can t face anyone like this and it s ruined my life. the rashs cover about 40% of my face so i cannot hide them and i know it s gonna be impossible for me to just let them rash out for as many months as it takes? you said it should take a month for every year i ve been un well but ive only had them for 2 and a half years b4 the diet previously and i ve been on the diet for six months, i understand i could have been preventing my healing symptons by putting on the co, and i know as far as the diet s concerned i ve had only mild die off compared to somepeople so maybe all my die off will come in the form of rashs, but to quit work and just sit it out and wait for the rashs to dissappear does nt seem possible at this moment, i had a minor rash on the top of my chest, and although i ve been on the diet 6 months and haven t put co on my chest i can still see the rash there! This means if i were to let my rashs out it could take years b4 my skin looks normal again, but even then theres no garuntee, i have to say im dissappointed the most as i ve put in 6 months hard work, and wen i stopped putting the co on i ve realised now that my skin looks no better than it was b4 the diet! im really sorry for the negative post, but this rash is really unsightly and stops me from getting on with life, im lost for what to do, i ve had no other retracing, apart from troubles with an abcess ive developed on my gums but i can t really call it retracing, im sorry its so negative, and i belive ive had some benefits but the cons definately outweigh the pros for me sticking to the diet. i ve given it a really good shot, and like 6 months ago the only thing that really helps is creams or oils put on my skin sorry again colin...
