I referenced Bee's files on this matter and I believe the reason she states healthy fats can detox fluoride is due the " Lecithin " found in healthy fats . Lecithin is present in the natural fats of beef, butter, eggs, and unrefined vegetable oils. Pamela, the below link will give an overview of Lecithin, its implication on health and food sources. Scroll down to " Lecithin " @ the site . Link : http://www.oldandsold.com/articles02/health6.shtml The next link below, will implicate, " Lecithin " in its role of detoxing Fluoride . Link : http://maya12-21-2012.com/2012forum/miscellaneous-health-food-beverage/how-to-de\ tox-fluoride-from-your-body/ In conjunction with Lecithin being a useful adjunct to the protocol for fluoride detoxification, you will also notice Calcium, Magnesium and Sea Salt are mentioned . They all work in unison in the process of the detoxification of fluoride, as you will observe in the aforementioned link. I have seen other sources mention " Lecithin " and it's similar effects. However, I research so many avenues its hard to keep track. Perhaps, Bee can elaborate more on healthy fats and the correlation of fluoride elimination, if you require more information on this issue.
