Guest guest
> > Hi Bee and group, > > I just need a tiny advice. I successfully incorporated eggs ahgain in my daily plan, and in the beginning I tolerated them really well. Now I overdid it (I was on a meeting abroad, and had 10 eggs a day as I could hardly eat anything at the buffets :/) and since then (about 3 weeks) I have diarrhea. So far so good, as its between dark green and yello, so heavy metals and toxins coming out I thought yiha, no problem, and still ate around 3 egs every day. Now yesterday it became really uncomfy, I couldnt go towork right after breakfast as I was so bloated and had to run every 15 mins (my work is 20 mins away...lol:D) > > So here is my question: should I keep my fingers off the eggs until my digestion normalized, and then start sowly again, or is it better to hang in there now and get the healing and detox behind me? Its very uncomfortable, but not too bad, as I have a lot of electrolyte drinks I dont think that its alarming diarrhea. > > I am since about 8 months on the diet, taking all recommended supplements and do dry skin brushing as well as food-epsom salt baths (no tub) +++Hi Tini, Your bout with diarrhea may not be related to eating eggs, even though eggs are high in sulphur which helps the detoxification process. If you've ever had diarrhea in the past your body will " retrace " it while it is healing itself as well. As your body becomes better at detoxifying itself it will also create diarrhea to get rid of the toxins, so that is a good thing! You shouldn't stay off eggs until your digestion normalizes since they are important for health and detoxification. Guest guest
May I ask, arent 10 eggs a day a bit excessive? I mean even if they are " natural " I dont think eating so many eggs is good but that's only my opinion. Maybe you can prepare some nuts or some meat instead.. ________________________________ From: Bee <beeisbuzzing2003@...> Sent: Wed, May 5, 2010 2:16:11 PM Subject: [ ] Re: small advice on egg- detox/healing reactions > > Hi Bee and group, > > I just need a tiny advice. However, Tini may have gone overboard because eggs are high in sulphur which increases detoxification, so that's why most people should start on them slowly. One program recommends 24 eggs per day for the first 3 weeks in order to detoxify quickly, but that is excessive and detoxifying quickly is hard on anyone. Guest guest
Thanks Bee! I will go down to one egg a day for a bit, I started really slowly (Hehe I was one of those tested to be " allergic " lol) but went after beeing able to eat 3-5 without problems quite fast up, as hardboiled eggs are so great to take away... So I just hang in there, heh @Caroline: yeah, 10 eggs is quite a number, but I was on a meeting, 3 days in a shared hotelroom without fridge, there are not many low-carb options...but next time I try to plan it a bit better without rushing myself into the next detoxcrisis hugs, Tini > > > > May I ask, arent 10 eggs a day a bit excessive?
