Guest guest
Hi all - I did a coffee enema this afternoon and for some reason I didn't expel all the liquid. Seven hours have passed since doing the enema and I can feel the coffee swishing around in my stomach when I massage it. My abdominal cavity is filled with coffee! Yikes. Well, Bee, what would you suggest I do? Many thanks, Debra

Many people have that occur because the large intestines balances water throughout the body and sometimes needs to take up the liquid in an enema. I doubt you are feeling the enema swishing around - it's just more fluid in your abdomen which will level out. Trust your body's wisdom since it knows what it is doing and why. Guest guest
> > Hi Bee, > So I did a coffee enema on Saturday and got tremendous relief overall and it really helped my liver pain. I just finished up doing them every other week and now should be down to once a month. My question is...my liver is still hurting so could I do another coffee enema for the next couple weeks? One more this weekend and one the next? Or is that too many and I should just stick to my schedule and not do another one until next month? I don't want to overwhelm my body so let me know what you think. +++Hi , Yes you can do it this weekend and next, and then follow the schedule. Of course you must not cheat or your liver will hurt, and coffee enemas aren't to be used like some people use abortion, i.e. after the fact.
