Guest guest Posted May 14, 2010 Report Share Posted May 14, 2010 Hi Bee, I know you do not recommend milk kefir due to the sugar byproduct from the grains eating the lactose. I was curious if a similar sugar is made when the water kefir grains eat the sugar in the water during the fermentation? Thanks for your time and thoughts.
