I've been kinda bulimic for as long as I can remember and find it so hard not to eat chocolate or carbs sometimes, esp around my periods. For days, I have been resisted to the chocolate, ice creams and crisps but yesterday after resisting all day I couldn't resist anymore and jumped at the chocolate. I'm really sad cos it seems like I can't spend more than 3-4 weeks without cheating. I wouldn't buy these things but my mum does and always smiles at me and shows me the things she bought, she does not support me at all in this cos she things what I do is useless and that I should cheat and let go some of the time. Any tip for cravings? I have tried l-glutamine and tryptophan but it does not seem to help.. I tap too (EFT) but not enough I suppose..
