Guest guest Posted February 23, 2010 Report Share Posted February 23, 2010 Hi, I just had my second child 5 months ago and desperately need to re-start this diet after a 2 year hiatus. I went back on it two weeks ago and had such severe die-off that I could barely function. My partner and I have a home based business and I work from home and take care of the two kids. I'm wondering if anyone has some coping tricks that work for them as it's pretty critical that I am able to function with work and take care of the kids as well. Honestly, I think I am scared to go fully back on it as I remember the healing to be very daunting.
