Hi, I am just wondering how much Vit C crystal i am supposed to be taking?

Bee suggests 3000mg plus 1000mg in capsule form...but im wondering how many mg

per gram as my NOW brand Vit C crystals dont have any indication of mg on the

bottle - only that the bottle is 227g and 1 serve is 2.25g.

I hope this makes sense! and thank you in advance!
