Vitamin C? Coconut oil? Electr. Drink?

Hi Bee,

I've tried adding in more vitamin c for my allergies like you suggested. Is it

possible to take too much vitamin c? So far my bowels are not loose and

yesterday I took 4,000 in the morning, and then about 5,000 more in the day. I

didn't want to take too much. My allergies are still bothering me!

I'm up to 5 tablespoons of coconut oil! So close! Is the goal to get up to 5 1/2

tbsp or 6 tbsp?

Also, I took a break from lemons, because I wasn't sure if I could tolerate

them. I just added in one electrolyte drink. How slowly should I increase these

drinks? I want to be cautious. I was feeling very itchy when I was drinking 6 of

these a day. And I noticed the itchiness didn't go away when I stopped drinking

them.
