Hello Bee and everyone!

Just wanted to ask a few questions...

How do you feel about using young coconut kefir as a probiotic once the diet and

supplements are settled? I have seen directions using water kefir grains to use

up and convert all of the naturally occurring sugar in the young green coconut

water into a fizzy probiotic drink, and I would like to try it in the future.

Also, I dislike the taste of stevia, but I do want something to sweeten the egg

drink and make occasional custards with. Is Yacon acceptable to try? I have

read that it supports balanced intestinal flora, but have also read that it is

not digestible and full of inulin fiber and FOS, and I am pretty sure that is

not a good idea.
