Guest guest
I think I'm doing it right, after reading the article. <<If you are a lifeguard or spend a lot of time in the sun, you do not need to take supplemental vitamin D; however you still need to consume adequate vitamin A. So, if you cut back or eliminate cod liver oil in the summer, be sure to consume plenty of oily fish, liver and butterfat and egg yolks from grass fed hens to ensure adequate vitamin A. >> I am practically a lifeguard, lol, since I really do spend every day at the beach during peak sun exposure hours. We rarely go into a chlorinated pool. We eat plenty of grass-fed butter and many eggs. I only eat salmon. I eat liver pate. Hopefully, I'm covered without the CLO in the summer.
