Thank you so much Ed (and Bee). I will read the link. I do not use chlorinated

water as I have a chlorine filter on my showerhead and I do not use soap in any

areas that were exposed to the sun.

I make sure to get my Omega 3 from fish, grass-fed meats, etc. all year round.

I will read the article and post if I have more questions. I do agree that Dr.

Mercola isn't the same as before, but I did meet him personally here in NY when

he came to speak and I do have a lot of respect for him.
