Been taking coconut oil for 1 year > > I have a tightness in upper abdomen and goes now all the way down, how do I know if this is not cancer? I am thinking it might be lymphatics. +++Hi . Gas and sore, tight muscles are common for candida sufferers to have, since they are caused by toxins. They can also move around the body until they are eliminated by proper nutrition and other detoxifying treatments that I recommend. > > Can I take food grade 35% hydrogen peroxide, or is vitamin c and sea salt the same effect? +++No, do not take 35% H202 ever! It is too strong and causes more problems than it is worth. +++You only need the amount of vitamin C I recommend, which helps your body create its own hydrogen peroxide. +++Sea salt doesn't make your body create H202, but it does provide over 84 minerals your body needs in order to heal itself. +++Tightness in the upper abdomen is usually caused by poor digestion, and by gas and bloating. +++All candida sufferers have lymphatic problems because they are one of the ways that toxins are eliminated. What helps them most is to do coffee enemas: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema1.php +++Also to help with gas and bloating do these things: 1) Drink 3 cups of raw ginger tea, 1 cup with each meal. 2) Do abdominal massages: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/massage1.php 3) Do regular deep breathing exercises to help your bowels move better and to help your stomach produce hydrochloric acid: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php 4) Ensure you are getting enough good fats according to your ratios: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods8.php > > It could also be a dueodenal ulcer - H pylori? +++I had h pylori, so please describe where the pain is located, and how long after meals, etc. and then I can advise. > > My bowel movements are very small round, it is good dark brown color, but small movements +++If you are on my program smaller sized movements are normal since you aren't processing so many carb fibres that bulk up the stools so much, and speed digestion, which means you aren't going to get any many nutrients from your foods, etc. The best to you, Bee
Guest guest
> It could also be a dueodenal ulcer - H pylori? +++I had h pylori, so please describe where the pain is located, and how long after meals, etc. and then I can advise. I get gas almost immediate after meals if no spices - this is with a super good diet. The pane is right under the ribcage upper abdomen, when I massage it feels better almost instantly. I swear to god I think my body (auto immune) attacks my gall bladder meridian when detox, even a little. This meridian wraps around the stomach, neck, shoulders, lower back, calves.See GB 24http://www.shen-nong.com/eng/principles/gallbladdermeridian.html I should takemore anti oxidants maybe. Another thing is breathing - always catch myself not breathing, and night is terrible, will actually wake up a few times because stop breathing and the next day can feel rotten (carbin monoxide)..... started breath exercises before bed and trying to concentrate on breathing.... And getting a trampoline to bounce. I remember 6 years ago getting one of those Bio Resonance tests on the computer and he raised his eyebrows on the number of viruses that came up, etc. thankyou

That pain is definitely not caused by h. pylori. You say it is in your upper abdomen, but is that above or below your waist since you are referring to your gall bladder which is above your waist on the right side, but your abdomen is below the waist. > > I should takemore anti oxidants maybe. +++The most powerful antioxidants in the whole World are the combination of good fats I recommend, which includes saturated fats like butter, unrefined coconut oil, lard, etc. and also Omega 3, vitamins A, D & E: Omega 3 and vitamins A and D are in the cod liver oil I recommend. Of course all of the fats work together with the other nutrients on my program, including protein, minerals, and all of the supplements I recommend. +++Good fats cleanse the entire body, even getting rid of heavy metals, and they strengthen every cell. They are very necessary for good liver, gall bladder and kidney health as well. +++That will help a lot. When you wake up do a few deep breathing exercises too, and you'll go right back to sleep. > > I remember 6 years ago getting one of those Bio Resonance tests on the computer and he raised his eyebrows on the number of viruses that came up, etc. +++That is understandable since candida is the result of poor health, which usually starts with viruses, then bacteria, and then candida. If a person doesn't get healthy and cure their candida the last stop is cancer. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hello Sharon,The 800 number for customer service is on the back of your machine. Call them. If you haven't registered your machine you can do that while you are on the phone with them. They already know the date of the sale by the serial number which is also on the back of your machine. When you set up the return - ask them to email your shipping label (eliminates waiting for it to arrive via snail mail).I've sent a machine in for repairs. It was back in a week and a half. They will offer to send you a blade tightening tool. If the machine is working differently - it will need to be checked. They will know what to do when they talk to you...
