Guest guest
Hello All, and thank you, panel and Bee for your constant support and reiteration of the information that is sought! I just made a creamy soup from raw cauliflower, onion, parsley, lemon, coco oil, part of an avocado, and sea salt. It's raw, but completely smooth. I have some confusion about raw vs cooked on this diet. I've read about this on the website and have seen the reason for why we need to cook veegies til they change color and texture. This I understand. I have also seen recipes for salads on the site that sometimes have raw veggies in them. The icon near these recipes indicate no problem for candida diet. Are they allowed then? If so, why? Could you clarify for me a bit more, please? Is a creamy raw veg soup like this a no no? Chopped veggies raw I don't do because they come out the size I chewed them. But creamed? I don't want to do anything that will cause me to backtrack in any way so appreciate your assistance. Robin
