Guest guest
Dear Bee, I have other questions I would like to ask you concerning the diet. First of all, what do you think of the blood type diet? Do you think eating a lot of meat is suitable for all blood type, especially type A which is more vegetarian (I'm blood type A and then a little concerned). My naturopath wrote books on food which resembles your ideas and weston foundation's too. However, she states that this diet is to be followed until the guts are healed but then we can reintroduce some grains, glutenfree preferrably but also some spelt etc (not every day) and dairies which are raw and from organic cows. She explains this diet is not feasible in the long run so I'm not sure what to think. I guess I have to make my own experience. She also put on perspective many different anti-candida diets and states that raw milk and homemade yogourt are allowed. I guess for you it is not allowed as there is too much carbs from the lactose? Also most anti-candida diet allow grains like amaranth, quinoa or millet and fruits. Some people healed even though they ate those. why be so drastic? I understand it must be very limited though but bossting the immune system is important too, as well as healing one's mental state and stress. People with candidas tend to be very stressed and not very " centered " , tend to be parasited by others. A diet only is not enough I think but that's just my opinion here, no question. As for honey I have read when it is raw, it does not feed the candida and can on the contrary help. The last question is: I'd like to try a smoothie with the CO and eggs and water, but I can't figure out how many cl of wtaer do I need and how many TBS of CO? it says 1/2 cup but how much is one cup? Thank you for your time! Caroline.
