Guest guest
Bee...I know that your moderators addressed some of my questions...thankyou. However, I did share in the beginning that I eat 5x a day. I've been doing the (Bee's) diet a little over a year now. I have tried to eliminate my afternoon snack, which is only a small egg drink. (Actually, I make one egg drink in the AM and spread it over breakfast and two snacks.) I know the difference between hypoglycemia and die off. The reaction I get from dropping a meal is not good. I also gain weight because of the sugar imbalance and become very irritable and shaky. As soon as I add the snack back, the weight comes off and the other symptoms level out. (Please note that the same amount of food/and same food is be eaten whether eating 5x or dropping one snack to eating 4x. Spreading my food out seems to be key in keeping my hypoglycemia in check.) This is not a retrace. It has been a while since I've tried to drop a snack. If you have suggestions how I might do this, I would really appreciate guidance. Low blood sugar isn't fun and more than anything, regardless of the weight gain, I don't like how it puts me on edge. I'm frankly afraid to drop a meal.
