+++Hi . If the coconut oil is unrefined it is okay, and of course ghee is

very good too.

+++They do not pull yeast to the skin, but they do help heal and pull toxins

out.

gave me. I guess I was just curious if this is a good thing to do or should

everything be ventured into slowly?

+++If you have pains in those areas, or others, you can apply castor oil packs

for awhile, but they shouldn't be done as a preventative measure, and not for

long periods of time.

Hi Bee,

I think what meant was that she found a coconut oil/ghee blend at her

store.

Someone else awhile back asked if a blend of the two was ok to have. The

previous poster was asking about this particular one:

I didn't see that there was anything wrong with it. Do you?

, what brand did you see at your store?

Hi all,

I've wracked my brain till there's nothing left and I cannot remember the

name of the product of coconut oil/ghee I saw at the health food store. I

haven't had a chance to get back down there to see what it was. I am in

Canada and this was definitely pure coconut oil with the ghee but once I

find out the brand, I'll let you know. Sorry for the delay in answering.

+++Hi . Since you live in Canada, like I do, the brand was possibly the one

I buy, which is from St. Francis Herb Farm in Ontario:

I've talked to the owner and confirmed their coconut oil and ghee mixture

contains unrefined coconut oil.
