Guest guest Posted April 28, 2010 Report Share Posted April 28, 2010 Bee, I remember your stating that it was good to skip supplements maybe one day per month to let your body adjust. Would this also go for coconut oil and the other good fats? Also, I'm finding that if I don't use Fitday every day, there are some days when I don't eat enough good fats, so I am going to go back to using Fitday every day.
