Guest guest
Hi, Bee: I was using alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) because it helped the neuropathy in my feet. You had told me once before that I should not use it because it might interfere with healing, but I used up my last bottle and am now paying attention to my feet. Right now I am not doing dry-skin brushing or enemas because of time constraints. I guess I'm a little bit scared of my feet getting really painful like before, because the ALA was helping with that a lot. Right now my feet are a bit more sore, and I'm getting intermittent twinges in them. I'm hoping that the soreness will not get out of hand like it did before. I'll get some more Epsom salts to soak my feet. Because of my large size and the narrowness of the bathtub we have, I am not going to do a full-body Epsom salt bath, much as I would like to. I don't want to get into the tub and not be able to get out under my own power. I want to heal myself, and I'm still a little bit of a scaredy cat that I'll have as much pain as before. I'll check in in a few weeks and post how I'm doing. Pam Maltzman
